Documents Required for KYC:

Deposits. m888 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: typically 5–30 minutes for verified accounts
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank): typically 1–3 business hours
• USDT TRC20: subject to blockchain confirmation times

Dormant Accounts. Accounts with a real-money balance that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months without any login may be classified as dormant. m888 offers various promotional bonuses to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms that apply to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 25x to 45x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that have not been completed within the stated time limit will be forfeited automatically. Time limits are specified in each individual promotion.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10%–50%). Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permissible bet per round or per game event is Rs 500 (or equivalent) unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotion terms.

m888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for entertainment purposes only and are subject to availability.

Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on m888 are subject to the m888 Sportsbook Rules, which govern market availability, odds acceptance, void conditions, settlement procedures, and maximum payout limits. By placing a bet, you confirm acceptance of the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.

m888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, where the odds were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, or where the outcome of an event was already known at the time the bet was placed.

Casino Games. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. The house edge is inherent to all games and is reflected in the published RTP percentages. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server disconnection, power failure, or software error — the affected game round will be voided and any stake involved will be refunded to the Player's Account balance.

Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained professional dealers. In the event of a streaming disconnection or technical failure, the applicable hand, spin, or game round will be settled based on the recorded result where verifiable, or voided where no verifiable result can be established.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m888 platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating, accessing, or operating more than one m888 Account.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; submitting false identity documents; or misrepresenting any personal information.
• Money Laundering: Using the m888 platform for any purpose connected with money laundering or the concealment of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, whether on the m888 platform or externally, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Prohibited Software: Using any automated software, bots, AI-assisted betting tools, exploits, or any third-party software that interacts with or manipulates the m888 platform or game outcomes.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software errors, display errors, mis-priced odds, or any other technical fault to gain an advantage. Winnings derived from exploitation of an error will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals against m888. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their Accounts suspended pending investigation.
• Underage Access: Attempting to register or access the m888 platform if you are under 21 years of age.

m888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The Player's account has been inactive for an extended period (dormant account policy).
• m888 is required to do so by its licensing authority or relevant law enforcement.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, m888 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Account balance. Where closure is initiated by m888 for administrative reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following AML verification.

Voluntary Closure. Players wishing to close their own Account for any reason, including self-exclusion, may do so by contacting m888 support. Account closure requests submitted via support are processed within 24 hours. Where a self-exclusion is requested, it is permanent and cannot be reversed.

All content on the m888 platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of m888 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the m888 platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any m888 content without express written authorisation from m888.

The m888 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of m888. Unauthorised use of m888 trademarks in connection with any product, service, or business is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m888 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the m888 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or information
• Interruption of service or platform downtime
• Losses arising from reliance on any information provided on the platform
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials

m888 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. m888 makes no representations about the suitability of the platform's content for any purpose. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

m888's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the m888 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the m888 platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, m888 collects personal data for the purposes of account operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance. m888 does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. m888 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Alerts: Set notifications that alert you after a defined period of continuous play.

Internal Dispute Resolution.
